This policy explains how SCENEWAVE CULTURE MEDIA LIMITED (“ReelGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the ReelGo app, website, and related services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use ReelGo, we may collect account and contact details; viewing progress, favorites, search and interaction activity; purchase or subscription entitlement information (payment card details are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider); device, language, approximate location, network and diagnostic information; and messages you send to support.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize the service, save viewing progress, process entitlements, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose problems, improve ReelGo, send service communications, and comply with law. Where required, we rely on your consent for optional marketing or similar technologies.

3. Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate ReelGo, app stores and payment providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and parties involved in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. International transfers

ReelGo is offered internationally. Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, or withdraw consent. 7. Children

ReelGo is not directed to children below the minimum age required in their location. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us.
