Terms of Service

1. The service

ReelGo provides access to short-form entertainment and related features. Content, features, availability and supported devices may change over time and may vary by location.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum legal age in your location and be able to enter into a binding agreement. Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use.

3. Purchases, subscriptions and virtual items

Some content or features may require a purchase, subscription or virtual currency. Prices and applicable terms are shown before purchase. Payments and refunds made through an app store are also governed by that store’s rules. Virtual items are licensed, have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the service, and may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute, record, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass access controls for, or misuse the service or its content; use ReelGo unlawfully; impersonate others; or compromise another person’s account or privacy.

5. Content and intellectual property

ReelGo and its content, brands, software and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReelGo for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ReelGo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where the service is discontinued, subject to applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelGo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continuing to use ReelGo after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
